How can I transfer my private student loans to a credit card when my lender does not accept credit payments?

I have about $46,000 in private student loan debt at ~ 9%. I want to transfer as much as I can to a low fixed interest credit card, such as the Blue Cash American Express card (4.99% fixed APR for the life of the balance). My lender does not accept credit card payments.
