I recently applied for numerous merchant accounts. I was approved for 3 of them and was left with 3 working merchant accounts. I run one website and only wanted 2. If in furture, I try to apply again, will cancelling the initial account effect any decisions on my second application? -

I have a merchant account and a payment gateway with Aurthorize.net. I would like to get a second merchant account. I am wondering if I can use the same payment gateway(Authorize.net) for both merchant accounts? Or do I need a new payment gateway for the merchant account? Can I still use Authorize.net?Please advise.

I am trying to determine if I am covered as an individual under FLSA and I have gone through the DOL’s website and my last option of being covered is if the transactions that I accept are considered interstate commerce. I work for a small business that provides a service locally and our customers sometimes pay with a credit card. Any ideas?
