Like say someone needs to pay you for something, & they dont want to give you cash or checks, is there any way they could pay you with their credit card???Lol, sorry i know- weird Q

Only if the seller was a credit card merchant. If not, the buyer would have to find another way to pay.What do you think? Answer below!

I’d ask them to pay me by money order or bank check.
The answer to your question is if you were the person buying something and all you had was one of the popularly used credit cards and the seller could accept one of those, then you order something and give them your credit card number over the phone. -

There are other such services besides Paypal. Google Checkout is one.

The person being paid would have to have a merchant account. These days MANY, if not most merchants actually have never had a credit card machine as such. They process cards via computer. If the person in not willing to pay cash, I would be VERY leery of doing business with them.
