2 CommentsPayPal has a Standard merchant account where it hosts the cashier page and allows merchants to accept credit cards from customers without requiring them to open internet merchant account? How can they do it?

Paypal has the merchant account and actually does the processing. Paypal then transfers the money to your individual account.
It is another revenue source for paypal as their processing rates are probably lower than what the change you for the service.
